How can we help?

Is Inbictvs Oporto Transfers & Tours a certified Travel Agency?

Inbictvs Oporto Transfers & Tours is an officially licensed Travel Agency/Tour Operator by “Turismo de Portugal” (RNAVT 8270), the official touristic entity in Portugal.

What amenities do you offer on the vehicles?

In all of our fleet we have Wi-Fi, chargers for mobile phones, car seats for baby and toddlers and water. We also allow your pet to travel with you.

What happens after I have made an online booking?

When you make a reservation, you will receive an email with the booking request. After reviewing it, we will send you an email with the confirmation of the booking.

Are your prices fixed?

Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. If you would like additional drop offs, pick-ups or diversions we will be glad to do it, but there will be additional charges. If this is your situation please send us an email to: [email protected].

If the flight is delayed, do you guarantee the transfer?

If the flights get delayed, we will wait 60 minutes after landing. Please bear in mind that if the flight is delayed before the departure, that you must contact us for the facts.

We have children traveling with us, can you provide child seats?

Yes, we do. We have car seats and boosters to assure that all passengers travel safely and according to portuguese/european law.

In the moment of booking, you may tell us the age of the children and we will provide it free of charge.

Can I take my pet?

Yes, you can. Please just mention the info when you are doing the booking. If you forget to do it when booking, please send us later an email with the information so we can schedule the car cleaning, if needed, after your trip.

Is there any insurance included in my travel agreement?

Yes, we provide the mandatory insurance the Portuguese Law requires.

What kind of vehicles am I traveling in?

All of our fleet is made up of modern and comfortable vehicles. Your safety is very important for us and we will always select the best vehicle for you and your group. You can also check some pictures of our fleet on our website and social media.

Does my transfer drop me off at my accommodation door?

Yes, we will drop-off and pick you up at the designated address. If any case is it impossible to park the vehicle, the driver will always help you out in the best way possible.

If we need to stop on the way to go, for example, to a pharmacy is it possible?

Yes. You just need to inform the driver at the beginning of the trip, and he will be very glad to assist you in the best way possible.

Do you offer pick-up/drop-off at my accommodation when I book a Tour service?

All of our tours start in Porto, Portugal. Pick-up and drop-off are carried out at your accommodation, being it located in the city center. Otherwise we will pick you up and drop you off in a place previously defined, you just need to tell us the address.

Is it possible to change the itinerary of a tour?

Yes, it is, but you need to alert us as soon as possible of your ideas and depending of distances, we can charge or not a tax. If this is your case please send us an email to: [email protected].

Is it possible to transport shopping goods made during the tour’s?

Yes, it is! You can buy whatever you want, as long as it fits our trunk. You can buy wine straight from the producer, souvenirs for your family and friends, or anything else for later remember the good and unique times you spend in Portugal.

Is it possible to cancel a transfer or a tour experience?

Yes, it is. Please check our Term’s and Conditions on our website.
